Shipping & Returns


Currently, we only ship to the continental United States, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and some International Countries. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you don't see your country send an email to see if we just overlooked your area. If an order is received from anywhere other than these designated locations, the transaction will be cancelled and the order will not be processed. During checkout, you will be presented with available shipping options for your order and your geographic region.  International shipping cost have been set high to ensure cost are covered.  Any overages will be returned to the customer.  You will only be charged for the exact cost to package and ship.  We will do our best to select methods that will track a package as well as provide security and delivery of goods at the best low price.

Delivery Time
Delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method chosen, the time your order is placed and your geographic region. Please keep in mind that carriers do not delivery on weekends, major holidays and also that inclement weather can delay shipments, and this is beyond the control of Binky’s Vapes. Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates from the carrier and may vary.

Order Processing
Generally, orders made before 5pm M-F will ship same day and orders placed after 5pm will ship next business day. All orders will be processed in the order they were received. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will not be processed or ship until Monday 

Tracking information, when applicable to the method you select, will be included with your shipping confirmation email or sent to you in a separate shipping email. 

For inquiries, questions with your order you can log in to your account and view statuses and information. For non-registered users or issues that cannot be solved through "My Account" email CustomerService@BinkysVapes.com with your name, order #, and concern. 



Returns for any reason other than manufacturer defect will not be accepted. We will return / exchange against defective not functioning items / missing parts of products on arrival. 

All equipment have a 30 day manufacturer’s warranty against defect, you must register your purchase on the manufactures site and provide your serial #, receipt and video of the defect.  Keep all original packaging through out the warranty period. An exchange or repair will not be accomplished without serial number and packaging to show you have purchased a non-clone product.

Warranty does not apply to cosmetic issues, misuse of battery, using the wrong charger, over-tightening, damage from heat or cold, damage from dropping, damage from carrying in your pocket and other damages caused by the user per the manufacturer or retailer. 

Items damaged by user error are not covered under warranty. 

The actual color of e-juice may vary from the images shown on this site and color difference does not constitute eligibility for return. There are NO returns on ejuice/eLiquids. 

Due to the personal nature of these products, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Ø  Drip Tips
  • Ø  E-juice
  • Ø  Tanks / RBA'S / RDA's / Atomizers / Cartomizers
  • Ø  Wick / Wire
  • Ø  Replacement Glass / Parts
  • Ø  Mechanical Mods

Taste is subjective from person to person. Actual color of e-juice may vary from image shown, this does not constitute as just reason for return. Color of e-liquid varies per nicotine level, storage conditions and from manufacturers batch to batch. 

Please contact us at CustomerService@BinkysVapes.com to receive instructions on how to arrange for the return of defective items. 

Return of Incorrect Orders (I was sent different items than what I ordered)

If BinkysVapes.com sends you the incorrect product, we will allow the return and exchange of UNOPENED, re-sellable conditioned items still in the original packaging. Customers must notify Binky’s Vapes of the error within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving the order by emailing CustomerService@BinkysVapes.com with your name, order # and a description of the situation. The shipment tracking number will be used as a time/date stamp for when the order was received. BinkysVapes.com will arrange for the return shipping of incorrect orders and the shipping of correct items to the customer. Once Binky’s Vapes has supplied the return shipping information the customer has 3 days (72 hours) to ship the items.

Return of Incorrect Orders (I accidentally ordered the wrong items)
If a customer orders the wrong item by mistake there are several options: 

Orders can be modified by the customer any time prior to the order being processed. Orders status can be viewed by logging into MY ACCOUNT and viewing the status of your order. If the order status says PROCESSING, COMPLETE or SHIPPED this order cannot be modified, as it is currently being processed and/or shipped. If you cannot view your account for any reason please email us at CustomerService@BinkysVapes.com with your order #, name and a description of the situation. In this situation the customer is responsible for return shipping and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.  We will do our best to stop any shipment or payment. Please notify us immediately.

NOTE: any resulting cancellations of orders that have been processed or shipped will result in a restocking fee of 10% of the total purchase and the loss of original shipping costs (if any) will be subtracted from the refund amount. If the item has not been shipped and the shipping label can be cancelled the cost of shipping is returned to the customer.

Items Damaged in Shipping (My order was damaged during shipping)
If your order was damaged during shipping you must contact the courier immediately to report damaged items. Refuse the shipment for obvious and visible damages. After contacting the courier please email us immediately at CustomerService@BinkysVapes.com with your name, order #, pictures and be as descriptive as possible about the issue. 

Modification Cancellation of Processing or Shipped Orders
Orders can be cancelled up to the time they have been processed or shipped by logging into "My Account" and clicking change quantities/cancel tab or by contacting us. For non-account holders to cancel an order contact us at CustomerService@BinkysVapes.com . After an order has started processing or shipped we cannot cancel or modify the order contact us through CustomerService@BinkysVapes.com
